A question I get a lot is what is the difference between a crown and a Veneer? A veneer is what you think it is: a cover, just like this piece of veneer on top of another piece of wood. It’s a thin coverage. A veneer covers the outside of your tooth. Unlike a crown, which completely covers your tooth, a veneer is a more conservative way of beautifying your smile. It allows us to whiten your teeth, to straighten your teeth and give you a really perfect smile without excessive drilling. So if you think you’re a candidate for conservative smile makeovers, please give us a call and we’ll discuss our veneer options with you.
